Keeping alive the traditional festivities of the Chinese New Year, these performers don an elaborate and massive dragon costume and leap across a series of elevated platforms. Thanks to a slip-up in timing or footwork, one of the performers fails to clear a jump, causing the entire dragon to crash onto the ground.

A moose was captured on camera charging toward a man who had approached the animal, hoping to give it a pet on a street in Frisco, Colorado, on February 15.

Amanda Danielson, who recorded this video, told Storyful that the man said that he “pet moose all the time” and ignored his friends who warned him to not get so close.

The video shows the man squat down and raise his arm out toward the moose, who then charged toward him. The moose stopped and turned around before reaching the man.

An overhead tank full of corn started to collapse at a farm in Indiana. As it slowly tilted over to the side, it finally fell and released all the corn to the ground. On the way down, a hit power line ignited the corn dust and sent a tidal wave of fire towards the onlookers. Everyone ran back and fire quickly extinguished on its own.

Motorists drove through flooded roads near Bangkok on Wednesday, January 10, after a thunderstorm brought heavy rainfall to the Thai capital. This video taken by an onlooker shows cars driving through a flooded street next to the Imperial World Samrong mall in Samut Prakan Province, about 10 miles south of Bangkok. Flooding was reported across the city on Wednesday, the Bangkok Post reported. Areas closest to the Chao Phraya River were among the hardest hit, the newspaper reported. Weather forecasters have warned that Thailand could face particularly bad storms this year as a result of the La Nina weather condition, the Phuket Gazette reported. The weather in the country could become wetter than 1995, in which the country suffered the second highest annual rainfall in its recent history, according to the report.
